To satisfy those of you who like to see things too, my friend Anne-Marie Kalus, who is also a client on my current Blue Whales and Leopards tour, has very kindly given me these photos, taken over the past few days. The Asian openbill and the charming southern purple-faced leaf-monkey she took in Sinharaja on a visit just before the start of our tour (though we saw the same two species yesterday too). The rest of the images are from Mirissa where we are now. Photos of pygmy blue whales will follow very soon.
